e-SHE LMS / SIS

The e-SHE project is speeding up the rollout of Learning Management System (LMS) across the 50 public universities in Ethiopia! Currently, Arizona State University in collaboration with the local e-SHE and university e-learning teams have created 20 customized LMS platforms for universities. Additionally, four more platforms are in the pipeline. Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration has also been completed for 46 universities. In order for ICT staff in universities to efficiently run their respective university’s LMS, our initiative has extended its reach by providing training to equip them with the necessary skills. So far, 109 system administrators from 40 universities have been onboarded to capacity-building training that will enable them to manage LMS efficiently.
